With over fifteen years of experience in Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper, Chemical and Process, Coatings, Pharmaceuticals and Mining Mr. Jones heads our energy and process industries practice.

Mr. Jones works with business leaders to deliver engagements that create enduring financial results through improving core processes, usually where conventional wisdom says little opportunity exists.  He has worked variously as an Operator, Engineer, Technical and Operations Manager, as well as Consultant.  This enables him to connect with people at all levels of an organization and was formative in creating his practical approach to results delivery.

Mr. Jones has three core beliefs: in every process there is much more opportunity than people believe; people's practical and technical improvement skills can always be enhanced; and that improvement efforts are most effective if they start with clear and compelling results.

Mr. Jones has a Masters in Chemical Engineering and a PGC in Design, Manufacturing and Management from Cambridge University.

Mr. Jones enjoys travel, sport and is a keen swimmer. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife, two sons and an extended family of sports equipment.
