Andy Redfern is based in our Cookham Dean office. With over ten years of consulting experience, Mr. Redfern has helped business leaders in a wide range of sectors including, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Engineering Support Services and Automotive. He has an enviable track record of helping clients deliver very significant financial improvements through a results focused approach to organisational change and rooting out the underlying reasons that hold the key to unleashing business performance.

Mr Redfern graduated from Cambridge University with a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering and started his career as a Project Manager in the Nuclear Power Industry and an officer in the Territorial Army, both these early influences have solidified Andy's belief that a bias for action and quick wins are key in determining how well an organisation will embrace change and deliver on it's potential.

Mr Redfern lives in Warwickshire with his wife and two daughters, he enjoys his weekends at home with the family and running his classic car.
