Nathaniel Greene

Nathaniel Greene is the Managing Partner and CEO of Stroud International's global consulting practice. As a founding partner of Stroud Consulting, he has spent over ten years creating a track record of success with clients and building Stroud's global business. His creative leadership has driven the merger of two business units, grown the firm significantly since 2007, and enabled Stroud's teams to create hundreds of millions of dollars in  improvements for clients faster than they ever thought possible.

His client work is based on a hands-on approach, a rigorous process to find and realize opportunities beyond what is considered possible, and the ability to build lasting client partnerships based on mutual trust. Coupling those skills with the ability to attract and retain top talent, he has led Stroud to help clients realize dramatic, enduring results across multiple industry sectors.

Mr. Greene helped develop key Stroud concepts like Zero-Based Analysis and Improvement Mindsets. More recently, his vision of Abundant Thinking is driving Stroud's current work and will be shared in a forthcoming book.

Mr. Greene's unique background drives the curiosity, determination, and passion he brings to his work. Born in England, he grew up in Hong Kong, has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and North America, and traveled in over 40 countries. From experiencing  the Chinese drive for advancement to analyzing the Panama Canal while on vacation, Mr. Greene is driven by an intense belief that all things can be improved. Experiencing many cultures and business models throughout his life and career gives him a truly unique, assumption-breaking perspective.

Currently enrolled in Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management Program, Mr. Greene has a Masters of Engineering from Oxford University and studied design, manufacturing and management at Cambridge University.

He resides in Marblehead, MA with his wife and four children.
