Our Recruiting Process

At Stroud, we believe that in order to make the best possible recruiting decisions, we need to know you and what you're capable of. Stroud's interview process aims to assess your abilities, how you apply those abilities to solve tangible problems, and your alignment with a career at Stroud. There are four key steps in the process: Information Sessions, First Round Interviews, Second Round Interviews, and Final Interviews.
