Our Recruiting Process

We hold a series of presentations on campus (see above) in order to provide an opportunity to meet some of our consultants and understand better what we do.

1. Aptitude Test

To apply to Stroud come along to one of our on campus information sessions where you can sit our aptitude test.

2. First Interviews

US office: We invite applicants to a first interview based on your resume and your score on our aptitude test.

EU office: We invite applicants to a first interview based on your score on our aptitude test.  Please bring along your CV to the interview.

3. Selection Day

We will invite successful candidates to join us for a selection day. Candidates will participate in several exercises that evaluate the skills and simulate the type of work that will be required for a successful career at Stroud.

4. Final Interview

The last step in our recruitment process is a final interview round with at least one of the Partners.
