Application Procedure
We hire a significant number of our Consultants straight from university. We run information sessions on several campuses and we encourage students from other universities to participate in these sessions. Click on the links below to view the dates and locations for these sessions.

Our Recruiting Process
We hold a series of presentations on campus (see above) in order to provide an opportunity to meet some of our consultants and understand better what we do. You can sign up for initial interviews at any of these events.
First Interviews
US/AU office: We invite applicants to a first interview based on your resume and a brief written exercise.
EU office: We invite all applicants for an initial interview and short mechanical reasoning test.
Selection Day
We will invite successful candidates to join us for a selection day. Candidates will participate in several exercises that evaluate the skills and simulate the type of work that will be required for a successful career at Stroud.
Final Interview
The last step in our recruitment process is a final interview round with at least one of the Partners.
