Favorite engagement:
As our first venture into the health-care industry, we had started an engagement to help increase the number of maternity admissions at a large well reputed hospital. This boiled down to improving the customer satisfaction in the OB/GYN practice. Through our engagement we were able to identify the key factors that were causing dissatisfaction amongst the patients.
Having this in-depth understanding of the opportunities allowed us to work with the leadership team to address customer satisfaction. It was fantastic to work with a committed group of individuals and the energy and excitement created in the client team was very rewarding.
What I value most about Stroud:

It is rare to find an environment where people genuinely care about the development of those around them and is what I value most about working at Stroud.
Off the clock:
I have a keen interest in international affairs, politics, development policy, and macro economics. I enjoy discussing these issues and hearing different perspectives.
Weather permitting I spend a lot of time riding my motorcycle, in addition I enjoy playing tennis and golf during the summer and balance it out with skiing during the winter.
Favorite vacation:
This last year my fiancée and I spent 10 wonderful days in Puerto Rico. The blend of culture and outdoor activities was fantastic. The highlight of the trip was being able to kayak out to the bio-luminescent bays. It was fascinating to have dense rain forests so close to the beaches and we were quite surprised by the diversity of foods on the island.
Something unique:
I grew up on three different continents and am the only Hindi speaking consultant at Stroud.
