Favorite engagement:

I am currently helping an enamel manufacturer face the challenges of remaining competitive in Europe. Perhaps quite counter-intuitive to the current market trends, the initial scan concluded that the raw improvement potential within their sites far outweighed the added benefit of closing one or two sites. We are now helping the sites to achieve and lock-in their 50% improvement targets by delivering outstanding results through our client's people.

What I value most about Stroud:

The stimulation and inspiration of working with individuals committed to their own development and of those around them. If you are hungry for a new challenge, Stroud does not fail to deliver.

Off the clock:

It has got to be diving in the summer and skiing in the winter. Seeing as I live in London this makes both sports a little difficult so you'll usually find me playing tennis in Kennington Park, running along the river or challenging my friends to a game of squash.

Favourite vacation:

Travelling the length and breadth of South and Central America. Over the course of six months, I experienced the carnival spirit of Brazil, the glaciers of Argentina, python hunting in Bolivia, trekking through Peru, the untouched beaches of Venezuela, diving in Honduras, climbing the Mayan temples of Guatemala and the live music in Cuba (just to mention a few!).

Something unique:

I have a passion for all forms of dance. When I'm not dancing or choreographing myself, I enjoy going to the many theatres in London to indulge in it.
