Unleashing Potential

Stroud is a young, fast growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit. Our purpose is to "unleash potential" in our company, consultants, and clients and help them achieve more than they ever thought possible.

  • Bias for action: The kayaker knows that the river keeps running. If they don't make a decision the river will make one for them. Action orientation separates the doers from the dreamers.
